Booking Conditions

Touring Pitches
(Lambay View + Tent Area)		 €50 non-refundable deposit required (per each weeks booking) with balance due 7 days before arrival*.
Glamping Lodges 30% non-refundable deposit required with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival*
Mobile Homes 30% non-refundable deposit required with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival*
*Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations due within 7 days. Please note we operate a no refund policy - all payments are non-refundable! Please refer to our Terms & conditions for our full cancellation/ amendments policy, etc!

Booking Arrangements

TOURING PITCHES - Lambay View / Tent Area

  • TOURING Check-In from 1:30pm on day of arrival / Check-Out before 12noon on day of departure.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TOURING PITCH SUITABILITY:

    • LV1 – LV14: HARD STANDS
    • The towing vehicle with a Caravan is NOT PERMITTED to remain in pitch – MUST BE PARKED IN CAR PARK.
    • Awnings are permitted only if they are not used for sleeping.
    • Tents are NOT permitted on hardstanding pitches.

    LV15 – LV21: HARD STANDS
    • The towing vehicle with a Caravan is PERMITTED to remain in pitch.
    • Awnings are permitted only if they are not used for sleeping.
    • Tents are NOT permitted on hardstanding pitches.

    LV22 – LV36: GRASS PITCH
    • The towing vehicle with a Caravan is PERMITTED to remain in pitch.
    • Awnings are permitted.
    • Tents attached to caravans or motorhomes may be accommodated on these pitches.
  • Late Check-Ins outside of reception hours can be facilitated via online booking system. During the booking process you will choose your pitch number and once payment is processed online you will receive a follow up email with a booking confirmation and sitemap. *Note for tent bookings arrival must be no later than 9pm due to noise curfew!
  • Late Check Ins / Early Departures can be accommodated - please contact us for more information.
  • Late Check-Out (till 1pm) must be added as an optional extra during the booking process if required.
  • Specific tent dimensions are required when booking as tents must fit within the allocated pitch, (see pitch sizing for reference in T's & C's.) Please be mindful of this when booking as oversized tent/gazebo levy will apply or may not be permitted to pitch. Vehicle access is strictly prohibited in the tent area from 9pm - 9am. If you need to unload / pack your belongings during these hours it will be pedestrian access only. ALL TENT GUESTS MUST PARK IN CAR PARK B - DO NOT PARK IN CAR PARK A. CAR PARK B IS LOCATED ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE PARK ENTRANCE. (Please turn left as you exit the park & take the first right into CAR PARK B.) We thank you for your cooperation.
  • One tent permitted per pitch. This pitch rate includes the use of an Awning / Trailer / Gazebo at no extra charge once it fits within your allocated pitch and does not encroach upon other guests.
  • Although customers can choose a pitch number during the booking process please remember this is only a request. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it. If confirmation of your reservation depends on a particular pitch being available or request to be beside another, we regret we cannot accept the booking as we cannot guarantee this.
  • We welcome small/ medium sized well behaved dogs with touring guests (restricted breeds not permitted). Owners are required to keep dog on lead at all times. Owners must clean up after your dog, on the spot fines are in place.
  • We have a 10 amp EHU in Lambay Touring pitches & 10 amp EHU in Tent Area, that is sufficient to provide electricity for campers’ basic needs.
  • All tent bookings must be pitched within our fenced tent area for safety reasons. No cars permitted to park within the tent pitches. One car is included with each tent reservation - large vans/ vehicles are not permitted. Customers can drive their car safely to their tent pitch to unload equipment but must return their vehicle to the CAR PARK B only.
  • Please note that a debit/ credit card is required for a pre-authorization security/ noise deposit for touring pitch bookings (€50).

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION - Mobile Homes / Glamping Lodges

  • No dogs or pets permitted in rental accommodation.
  • Check-in from 3pm on day of arrival / Checkout is by 11am on day of departure.
  • Late Check-Outs cannot be facilitated in rental accommodation.
  • Late Check-In fees will apply for those booked into rental accommodation arriving after 8pm.
  • Bedding & Linen - Guests staying in our rental accommodations must supply their own sleeping equipment, including:
    • Duvet covers and sheets
    • Pillow covers
    • Towels
    Duvets and pillows are supplied, and for your comfort and hygiene, mattress protectors are provided by LHP on all beds.
    Alternatively, our Bed Linen Hire Service can be added as an optional extra during the booking process. If guests choose this service, our team will meticulously prepare all bedding (includes duvet covers, sheets, pillow covers, and towels) in advance of arrival, so there is no need to worry about packing linen or towels in your luggage.
  • Please note that a debit/ credit card is required for a pre-authorization security/ noise deposit for touring pitch bookings (€100).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR ALL GUESTS

  • All guests must check in at Reception upon arrival with exception to those who have arranged a late check-in and received confirmation prior.
  • Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment especially over Bank /School Holidays & Event Days.
  • One car included per booking, extra car €5 per night. Access to the park will only be permitted for the vehicle registration number/(s) provided during the online booking process and when full payment is received. It is important to ensure your vehicle number is correct as we have an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Registration) entry/exit in our park. Contact us well in advance to make amendments if needed to ensure entry. Additional cars / vehicles need to be added as an extra during booking and must park within the car park to facilitate low traffic on site.
  • Credit notes / gift vouchers must call / email Reception to make a reservation.

  • FREE 10amp EHU (Electric Hook-up)
  • Vending machine (card / coin payment accepted) in the Campers Kitchen (open 24 hours) located at the top of the park beside Glamping Pods.
  • Laundry Facilities are operated using card payment/vouchers.
  • We pride ourselves on being a family orientated park. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm & 11 pm. From 11pm to 8am we have a strict noise curfew in the park.
